Kale is taking a tremendous place on the market as it is loaded with Vitamin C needed for a glowing skin, Vitamin K, Iron and Fibers. It is a must for vegans seeking for high sources of proteins other than tofu and beans.

For our Healthylicious friends, I chose for you a super easy Kale and Avocado salad that will blow your mind. You just need to combine gradually the ingredients in a bowl and it will be ready to please your appetite. Do not forget that Avocado will diminish the bitterness of Kale and lemon juice will make it more tender and easy to chew.

For those who dare to try something new, you can take your salad to an exotic level by adding slices of apple, mango or even strawberry.

You can sauté it with garlic and onion along with a drizzle of soya sauce and sesame seeds for an Asian twist.

You can enrich your pasta or pizza dishes by preparing your own homemade kale pesto. You just need to blend some kale, garlic, walnuts and olive oil in your blender!

For chips addicts, you can bake your own kale crunchy chips! You just need to cut them into small pieces, drizzle them with a little bit of olive oil than place them in a preheated oven until they are crisp and crunchy!

Finally, you can drink it as a refreshment or smoothie. Blend any ingredient available in your grocery such as orange juice, almond milk, ginger, pineapple, spinach, cucumber…. along with your Kale. It is always fun to create new smoothie’s recipes!
